School Fundraising with Inflatables

Showtime Rentals offer local Mid-Michigan Schools and Organizations the unique opportunity to raise money for their group with fun inflatables and great concession snacks. Plus, we would be happy to add a Dunk Tank to bring some additional excitement to your event. Ask a favorite teacher, administrator, or staff member to take one for the team by sitting in the Dunk Tank and raising money for the cause.

There is no financial risk risk for the School or Organization.

Showtime Rentals will bring out the inflatables, concessions, and possibly even the dunk tank. There is no upfront cost, no delivery charge, no deposit, and no other hidden fees or terms. This is truly a great WIN-WIN for your group and Showtime Rentals!

How Does it Work?

Once we confirm the date and time for your event, we will send you a pre-numbered amount of pre-sale unlimited ride wristbands. This will allow your school to begin advertising the evnt as well as minimize any major lines at the ticket booth come the day of the fundraiser. The unlimited ride bands sell for $10.00 each at pre-sale and $12.00 each at the door. These bands give children unlimited play on all inflatables as well as two tickets for concessions.

Tickets will also be sold the day of the event at $1.00 each. These tickets will be used for additional concession sales or for the Dunk Tank. At the end of the event Showtime Rentals and the group will split the proceeds at the pre-determined percentage rate shown in the next section.

How Our Program Works:

Your School, Church Group, or Organization picks a day for your Fundraising Event.
About 3-4 weeks prior to your event you start advertising and selling wristbands. Showtime Rentals will give you up to 50 flyers to help you advertise your event. A minimum of 75 wristbands must be sold or your event may be cancelled.
Showtime Rentals will provide our most popular inflatables. The number of inflatables depends on how many wristbands were sold in pre-sales. Showtime will also provide: 1) sno-cone machine, 1) Cotton Candy Machine, and 1) Popcorn Popper along with a minimum of two employees for your 3-4 hour event.
The Church, School, or Organization must provide adults to watch over the inflatables for the duration of the event.

The Showtime Rentals Fundraising Wristbands sell for $10 each pre-sale ($12 each at the door) and include unlimited play on all inflatables at the event along with 2 tickets for concessions.

The group or organization receives a percentage of the wristband sales as follows:

Selling 1-75 wristbands nets 10%
Selling 76-200 wristbands nets 20%
Selling 201-500 wristbands nets 40%
Selling 501 or more nets 50%

Also, any additional ticket sales during the event will net the group/organization 30% of those sales.

Our Fundraising Program will allow you to earn money for your group with no out of pocket expenses.

We will provide the wristbands and flyers and your supply the sellers.

We have seen schools make thousands of dollars from these no-risk fundraisers. It all depends on the dedication of the PTO/PTA and the attendance of the event.
